Delivery, Returns and Refunds Related to Services

All services provided by Oceanic Odyssey including but not limited to Underwater photoshoot courses and other training are subject to the following terms in relation to their delivery, return or refunds.

Delivery of services will be made as promptly as possible taking into consideration logistics, weather, and other necessary requirements to deliver the service.

At no time will procedures, legislation or safety be compromised to deliver services regardless of previously agreed dates and times.

If a purchased service is not used within 12 months of purchase despite efforts by Oceanic Odyssey to deliver on the booked service Oceanic Odyssey reserves the right to consider the service delivered and the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns of products obtained as part of a service do not automatically qualify for a refund upon return. Any refund based on these products is solely at the discretion of Oceanic Odyssey.

Refunds on services partially delivered is at the discretion of Oceanic Odyssey and at no time is a refund on a package of services automatically due should any part of the purchased package been used.

In the event of a customer cancelling a booking less than a week before an agreed date Oceanic Odyssey reserves the right to not provide a refund.

If additional services are required due to (but not limited to) the trainee / customer not showing up, performance requirements not being met or other similar situation the customer may be charges for the additional services at the Pay As You Go (PAYG) rate.
